These Terms govern your use of Jarvis ("the Service") at jarvisdashboard.online. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. You access Jarvis by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.
2. The service
Jarvis is a personal operations dashboard that aggregates data from services you connect (e.g. Google Calendar, Gmail, Stripe), enriched with AI-generated summaries and a voice assistant. Availability, features, and limits may change.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not feed the AI assistant content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
4. Third-party services
Connecting Google, Stripe, or other providers is subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or decisions to revoke access.
5. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
7. AI output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions without independent verification.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing feinewce@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Jarvis or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
