This Privacy Policy explains how Jarvis ("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use jarvisdashboard.online. Contact: feinewce@gmail.com.
1. Information we collect
- Google account information — when you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from your Google ID token.
- Google Calendar & Gmail data — if you grant access, we read upcoming calendar events and recent email metadata so the dashboard can display your schedule and inbox. We never store full message bodies.
- Voice transcripts — when you speak to the voice assistant, your audio is transcribed and processed by our AI provider to generate a response.
- Account data you enter — todos, memory facts, display name, city, ticker preferences, and connected service settings.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we do not store card numbers.
2. How we use information
- To render your personalized dashboard (revenue, calendar, inbox, markets, news, weather).
- To process voice commands and provide AI-generated responses.
- To manage your subscription and prevent abuse.
- To communicate with you about the Service.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Jarvis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except where required for security, compliance, or with your explicit consent.
4. Third-party services
We share data only with the providers required to operate the Service:
- Google — Sign-In, Calendar, Gmail (with your consent)
- Stripe — payment processing
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database & authentication
- Anthropic / Lovable AI Gateway — AI model inference
- ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
- OpenWeather — weather data
5. Data retention & deletion
You can disconnect Google access from Settings at any time, which revokes our stored tokens. To delete your account and all associated data, email feinewce@gmail.com and we will remove your records within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is stored on Lovable Cloud / Supabase with row-level security so that only you can access your records. OAuth tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest.
7. Children
Jarvis is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
